T-1A SRM2: Providing Fleet Sustainment for the 21st Century

The purpose of the T-1A Sustainment/Risk Mitigation Management (SRM˛) program is to provide the warfighter credible out-year POM/FYDP inputs and justification, with the goal of improving the annual requirements T-1A Roadmap and Strategic Planning Process.

The SRM˛ Program is revolutionary in its integration of a family of models/tools that function together to: understand historic fleet consumption, discover a potential crisis through simulation, rapidly create costs benefit analysis for potential modifications, and/or produce accurate O&S fleet cost estimates for out-year budgeting.

The SRM˛ Program is applicable to any DoD program; all integrated models/tools can be utilized for Program Management purposes or simply use a specific model/tool for a particular project.
