An Integrated Product Development Process That Maximizes Customer Satisfaction

This discussion will focus on a new set of tools that allows project managers to actively plan and execute development projects. The focus will be on how the tool is integrated, what important features it contains and what elements or activities are necessary to assure that the objectives are met. The tool contains features from Active Management, Process Maps, Descriptions, Check Points, Document Storage, Resource Management and Risk Analysis. The material will emphasize the key points on how reliability, customer satisfaction and financial performance is met and reported on to assure effective project deployment.
