Multisite Reliability Growth Testing
Managing a Reliability Growth
Testing program on a complex project with multiple design facilities
and multiple test sites imposes additional complexities and
considerations. To be successful, communications must be both
real-time and more comprehensive than is the case for a single site
project. A case study is used to illustrate how this type of project
was successfully managed for a complex laboratory testing medical
device, with ReliaSoft's XFRACAS software used to facilitate
communication. Critical success factors are highlighted:
