In this presentation a Delphi Thermal Systems representative will share how the company is combining Change Point Analysis and Design Review Based on Failure Mode (DRBFM) within the engineering organization. The presenter will share her experiences and the importance of taking the time to highlight changes to a proven design to encourage good discussion, which enables finding potential problems. She will specifically call out a separate change point analysis workshop to truly understand changes prior to beginning the DRBFM process. The Delphi presenter will also walk through lessons learned on filling out change point and DRBFM worksheets.
