Using Software Failure Analysis to Drive Fault Tolerance Implementations

The presentation will focus on the quality philosophy and practical approach to ensuring quality workmanship is achieved in plant Turn Around (TA) activity. It elaborates on the foundation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) and focuses on static equipment and bolted joint/flange. The audience will get a grasp on the QAQC intentions, its frameworks, the joint integrity program and details of the modus operandi. Real application and actual results from a recent TA activity, will be the key learning from this presentation.
