Multi-level Hierarchical Modelling Framework Concept for Mixture Scheduling of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

The scheduling concepts of preventive maintenance are widely modeled and adopted in most previous research studies, but the scheduling concepts of corrective maintenance are very scarcely modeled and studied because we cannot anticipate or guess when the machine or system failure will occur. Additionally, even more difficult is the determination of staff assignment scheduling for corrective maintenance. Furthermore, the most difficult thing is establishing the algorithm for the mix of scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance. Nevertheless, as mentioned before, it is not impossible to do. But it is complicated to construct the framework concepts expressed as a mix of scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance.

Key Words: Multi-level hierarchical framework concept, Cyclic shift working, Mixture scheduling
