The ARS Excellent Presentation Awards are selected by votes cast by attendees. The winners for the 2011 ARS, Asia Pacific were:
- Lee Chai Ying (Gold) from Infineon Technologies (M) Sdn. Bhd. for her presentation, Reliability Prediction of Semiconductor by Analysis of Wire Pull and Ball Shear Test Data
- New Seow Yeng (Silver) from Avago Technologies for her presentation, Failure Rate Prediction Using Improved Black’s Model
Amy Goh (Bronze) from Eastman Kodak Company for her presentation, Design for Reliability – Practical Examples of Board-Level Testing
Recognizing Certified Reliability Professional (CRP) Recipients
To achieve certification in the Certified Reliability Professional (CRP) program, candidates must gain, apply and demonstrate unquestionable expertise in the field of Reliability Engineering. CRPs are distinguished reliability professionals. Angel Wong Yuen-yee of the Hong Kong Productivity Council and Mauro Sergio Vieira Matos of Schenck Process recently achieved the certification.
