This presentation deals with the application of reliability growth models for projects that adopt a concurrent engineering approach. In concurrent engineering, the function of design, testing, prototype evaluation and certification overlap with changes/improvements and modifications to product design. This has an influence on the reliability analysis and prediction, which can be managed using reliability growth models (Duane, Crow-AMSAA and Crow Extended).
